John F. Dwyer

A native Cincinnatian, John left an executive position at a large, well-known commercial real estate developer to open and operate his own company, Dwyer Commercial Real Estate, LLC., capitalizing on 23 years spent taking care of clients and their facilities needs, goals and investments in 1996. His goal: to bring that expertise, market knowledge and savvy to customers throughout the Tri-State region of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
John Dwyer’s resume packs more than 45 years in the business, but a renowned reputation for integrity and honesty. Though he’s closed more than $50,000,000 worth of commercial transactions in his career, what John Dwyer values most is the relationships he’s forged and the people and companies he continues to call business partners today.
Kevin A. Dwyer
Son of John F. Dwyer, Kevin began his career as a licensed realtor in July of 2004. Kevin followed in his fathers' footsteps, earning a Cum Laude degree in Real Estate Technology in 2009 from Cincinnati State, after his foundation training at Hondros College. Kevin also served as President of the Alumni Association with Cincinnati State.
Kevin will always be remembered as a leader in the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Community.
Matt Morris

A native Cincinnatian, Matt began his career in real estate working along side his father at Morris Appraisal Service.
Ed Morris, Matt's Father, was a lifelong friend and business associate of John Dwyer. With a background in Real Estate Appraisal, Mortgage lending and Banking, Matt is able to analyze multiple aspects of Real Estate.
Joining the Dwyer Team in 2023, Matt will continue the tradition of Excellence that has become synonymous with the Dwyer name.
Zach Timon

A lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Zach is a graduate of Walnut Hills High school, he also attended Cincinnati State with course work in the Real Estate Program. With a strong background in Tech and Retail, Zach is eager to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate and master the" art of the deal". Joining the Dwyer Team in 2024, Zach will continue the tradition of Excellence that has become synonymous with the Dwyer name.
