John F. Dwyer
President, CEO, Chief Broker, Owner
John Dwyer is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati who, in 1996, left an executive role at a major commercial real estate development firm to found Dwyer Commercial Real Estate, LLC — drawing on 23 years spent guiding clients through their facility needs, goals, and investment decisions. His aim was simple: bring that same expertise, market insight, and know-how to clients across the Tri-State region of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana.
With more than 50 years in the industry, John has built a career defined less by numbers than by trust — though he's overseen over $50,000,000 in commercial transactions along the way. What matters most to him isn't the deal size, but the relationships built along the way: the people and companies he still calls partners today.
Matt Morris
Vice President, Realtor
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Matt got his start in real estate working alongside his father, Ed Morris, at Morris Appraisal Service. Ed was a longtime friend and business associate of John Dwyer, and that connection runs deep in Matt's approach to the business. With a background spanning real estate appraisal, mortgage lending, and banking, Matt brings a well-rounded lens to analyzing every angle of a property or deal.
Matt joined the Dwyer team in 2023, carrying forward the standard of excellence that has become the hallmark of the Dwyer name.
Brian Engel

Brian Engel joined Dwyer CRE bringing hands-on expertise in powder coating, property ownership and management, along with deep industrial real estate knowledge. That range of experience adds real depth to our firm, reinforcing our commitment to delivering top-notch real estate services and innovative solutions for our clients.
Andrew Menninger
Realtor
A lifelong Cincinnati resident, Andrew is a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Before attending UC, he graduated from Elder High School. Andrew earned his real estate license in 2026 and is a key addition to the Dwyer CRE team.
Kevin A. Dwyer
In Memoriam
Son of John F. Dwyer, Kevin began his career as a licensed realtor in July of 2004. Kevin followed in his father's footsteps, earning a Cum Laude degree in Real Estate Technology in 2009 from Cincinnati State, after his foundation training at Hondros College. Kevin also served as President of the Alumni Association with Cincinnati State.
Kevin will always be remembered as a leader in the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Community.
